Hi, I am Joanna - The webmaster of BegoniaDay
- I studied Horticulture as my undergrad major
- Currently prepping for graduate school
- I’ve grown and cared for 100+ begonia varieties at home
- I’ve even successfully hybridized several of my own (just for fun!)
- Over 3 years of propagation experience, especially leaf and stem cuttings
- I’m 70% a plant nerd and 30% a web design geek
- I built this website because… why not share what I’ve learned?

They’re beautiful, weird, moody, and full of personality. After years of growing them, experimenting, and watching them thrive (or fail!), I realized I had a lot of info that could help others.
